ABOUT

Our Roots

Southern Berkshire C.A.R.E. started with one objective, to share with and connect the collective experiences, challenges, solutions and resources of like minded families in Southern Berkshire County who have navigated the labyrinth of challenges that every family faces when venturing beyond a diagnosis and into a life of CARE.

Facilitating positive, safe, and social environments for all children and young adults with special needs while connecting and supporting families in groups and within the community, our ever growing list of activities and initiatives all tie back to our original intent of developing a local Community of Advocates and Resources for Everyone!

Community

All are welcome to join our community as we endeavor to create communities large and small around our members to facilitate growth, support, and awareness locally.

C.A.R.E.'S ALLERGY GROUP

Food Allergy Awareness & Advocacy

Severe food allergies can be a source of bullying and alienation for many children and parents alike. Our Allergy Group is a safe space to share stories, resources, ideas and find common ground for families struggling to bring awareness to their local community.

EVENTS

Check out what we're doing next!

We're always looking for new events, new activities, and new experiences for our families to enjoy!

Stay up to date with our family events, parent events and generally anything we're interested in attending or advertising.

BLOG

Information is power!

Our Blog includes recaps of events, helpful or informative information regarding our community, resources we've discovered and sometimes just shared experiences.
